6. Intellectual Property

7. User Content

If you submit content (feedback, reviews), you grant AvenoTrust a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. You can close your account by contacting support; some data may persist per legal obligations.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AvenoTrust disclaims warranties and limits liability for damages arising from use of the Service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond what the law allows.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AvenoTrust harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts unless otherwise agreed.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified to users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
